Anti-social behaviour

At Monday's Parish Council meeting we were joined by PC James Pickersgill from East Bassetlaw Police and Terry Croden from the Bassetlaw District Council's anti-social behaviour team to discuss an increase in anti-social behaviour in the village.PC Pickersgill and Mr Croden explained that the District Council and the police continue to work together to tackle repeat instances of anti-social behaviour, and that there are multiple ways that residents can report anti-social behaviour. The best way to report incidents in progress is always calling 101. After you are connected you can hit 7 to skip the menu and get directly through to the local control room. You can also report anti-social behaviour through the Bassetlaw District Council website.Of course, if there is a crime in progress or a threat to life, always call 999.
