A few words from Cllr. Alan Sykes:-

I spent my working career in the Hospitality Industry; mainly with Bass North, Greenalls, and Heineken breweries.

Initially covering an area of pubs in Lancashire, and then a region of outlets based from Hull.

With Greenalls I was involved in new site acquisition, for pubs and hotels. This gave experience in planning, and license applications.

Having lived in North Leverton for over 40 yrs. Now retired, it's time to contribute to village life.

Councillor Sykes joined the Parish Council on 6 November 2023.

Member of the land at Habblesthorpe Working Group and has responsibility for the Lengthsman and the Village Handyman.
